“Very centrally located in Orlando, very private due to the fact that it is a standalone Guesthouse. Inside it feels almost like a flat. Lots of restaurants and bars around but location of the guesthouse is surprisingly calm. Highly recommended!”

“It was the perfect size for my daughter and I. We just needed a shower and place to sleep while we were in town for an event. It is safely nestled beside the main house. We would definitely stay again!”

Renovated guesthouse on the same property behind our 1920s historic home in the Mills 50 District near Downtown Orlando. A large room with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, two accent chairs, a kitchen corner, a/c, mini-fridge, microwave, WiFi, coffee maker, and full bathroom. There is also access to a shared laundry space in the same building. Within walking distance to many bars and restaurants! An amicable and safe neighborhood with self-check-in.
Mills 50 is an urban district of Orlando with a vibrant, culturally diverse, progressively minded, and eclectic mix of artists, restaurants, businesses, specialty shops and markets. Our street and home are quiet but are just a few steps away from many shops, bars and restaurants.
