Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Totally remodeled to reflect a chic space with close access to pool and jacuzzi. Patio faces west on a large fairway. Living room has oversized loveseat and chair and comfy couch, smart TV. Master has a king bed with smart TV. 2nd bedroom has a desk/ workspace. Kitchen has new induction oven with plenty of cooking supplies. 2 space parking, one covered. Clubhouse, tennis, pickleball (5th largest in world), and golf on site.
