Elm Cottage is a luxury studio with a king bed that features a farmhouse kitchen, dining table for two, a SmartTV, and a private full bath with a walk-in shower and elegant farmhouse soaking tub. Additionally, the cottage has a great outdoor deck and patio perfect for your morning coffee or your evening glass of wine or cocktail. This rental only includes Elm Cottage for up to 2 individuals. On the same property is Oak Cottage. This is an additional private cottage that may or may not be rented during your rental of Elm Cottage for no more than six individuals. Oak Cottage has its own facilities. It is private and not included in your rental of Elm Cottage. We ask you to treat any potential guests of Oak Cottage with respect and kindness. *Grapetown Cottages-Elm does have WIFI; however it is not a strong connection and may be spotty.
