Welcome to Merritt's Ridge, a private and luxuriously picturesque 1-bedroom, 1-bath cabin on a 23-acre estate near downtown Fredericksburg and Luckenbach, and located less than 1 mile from Alamo Springs Burger Cafe and Old Tunnel State Park! There is nothing better than relaxing with friends and family at this beautiful property while listening to the birds sing and watching the sunset over the horizon while sitting in the hot tub drinking your favorite beverage! When the final yellows, oranges, and reds of the sunset have faded, you will have a decision to make. Do you hit Historic Downtown Fredericksburg for some fun and winery hopping, or do you hit Luckenbach and enjoy the live music and dancing? Or, do you choose to sit around the fire pit with a glass of wine, or settle into the hot tub while you watch ten thousand stars wake up one by one? On the other hand, why limit yourself? Our suggestion is to do them all, over the course of your stay! -Parking: Only park in driveway. Do NOT park in grass. *Wood for firepit is not provided. Easy Check-In Process We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of USD1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to USD1,500. The waiver is USD53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional USD1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay!
