A luxurious 2BD / 2 BA apartment. This unit offers king and queen bed suites, a balcony perfect for relaxing and spending quality time, taking in the city line views. Here, you will find all the essentials you would need for your perfect home away from home. Inside you'll find board games, full beach gear, portable BT speakers, smart TVs and a work station. Centrally located, a short walk from restaurants and shops, or a quick drive to the beach or downtown! 10-15 min to everything fun! Finely appointed furnishings Brand new, extremely clean, each room on its own side- having your own private wing with each room having their own bathrooms. We come fully stocked with the perfect beach day (beach tent, chairs, boogie board, mini cooler, beach games, beach towels!) A ton of board games, you can plan a full day of fun just by booking here at the sunshine house. Fully stocked kitchen, including a crock pot, rice cooker, baking dishes and more. Guests can use the building amenities such as the lobby lounge as well as the outdoor fire place, BBQ and dining area, community kitchen and lounge. [Minut Noise Sensor] - This unit comes with a minut noise sensor. If you are too loud during your stay you will receive an automatic message. The purpose of the sensor is to make sure you to not disturb neighbours.
