Located in the heart of South Clearwater Beach - beauty, tranquility and privacy abound in this spacious 4 bedroom town home nestled in our world renowned beach resort community! So many amenities including a beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. A balcony with breathtaking water views and a short walk to the beach! Sit out at the pier and fish or watch the dolphins approach daily. Private boat slip available at no additional charge.
