The interior is just as impressive as the outside, boasting a luxurious kitchen, bedrooms, jacuzzi bathrooms, and five large and private bedrooms that sleep up to 12 people! Its location is superb as it is just a short 10-minute drive to downtown Fredericksburg! This picturesque, private combo has five bedrooms with three king beds and two queen beds, four bathrooms, a full-sized outdoor pool bathroom, a gourmet kitchen, a dining space, a living room, and an outdoor kitchen. Additionally, this combo includes a wine fridge and wet bar, a gorgeous grilling area, and an outdoor bar, perfect for entertaining a large group, while soaking in breathtaking views of The Texas Hill Country. This gorgeous property is planted and designated as a native Texas wildlife habitat that draws in many birds and pollinators such as butterflies and bees.
