BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: Adequate parking for up to two (2) vehicles maximum. No parking passes are required. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

Happy Daze is a four (4) bedroom four and a half (4 ½) bathroom east side duplex. The duplex boasts a private pool, waterfront views, an outdoor kitchen area, and a boat dock. ONLY the right (east) side of the duplex is available for rent. The left (west) side is a private residence and not for rent.
Adequate parking for two (2) vehicles maximum. No parking pass required.
You must notify us prior to arrival if you are bringing a boat for the slip! Lift is not available!
There is a fee for the slip!

The bottom floor is the main living area. The main floor has a living room with a large sectional couch and chairs with ottoman, a large HDTV, and coastal décor. The living/den area opens up to the kitchen with brand new stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and designer backsplash. Next to the kitchen is a dining area that completes the open floor plan and leads out to the back deck with waterfront and pool views. On the front side of the main floor is the downstairs primary bedroom with a King bed, HDTV, and a private bathroom with both a tile shower and jetted soaking tub.
Upstairs on the second floor you will find a second primary bedroom with King bed, HDTV, a private deck, and a private bathroom a tile shower and an clawfoot tub. The Bunk Room hosts two (2) twin bunks beds and a private bathroom. The Guest Bedroom across the hall has a Queen bed, HDTV, and a private bathroom.
Below the home is an outdoor kitchen with a Big Green Egg charcoal grill, barstool seating, and a wooden sing. The duplex shares a private pool with the private residence next door. There is a boat dock and this duplex is boat friendly. Feel free to bring your boat and dock it here.
