Well located near US-192 and leisure options such as cinemas, restaurants, water parks, shopping centers, 6 minutes from Disney parks, and 3 minutes from pharmacies and Walmart. All of this is less than 10 minutes from the property. (7462 BRL DR) OTHER DETAILS: The following items are left at the house for your arrival: 1 shampoo, 1 rinse cream, 1 soap, and 2 toilet papers in each bathroom. In the kitchen 2 bag and garbage, 2 dishwasher soap, and a paper towel. In the laundry room 2 soaps for washing clothes. WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASH CLOTHES due to hygiene issues. I suggest that if you stay more than 2 days go to Walmart and shop for cleaning and bathing. RESERVATIONS OVER 28 DAYS: For stays longer than 28 days, the guest will be required to pay for an additional cleaning service, which will be performed after 15 days of stay to ensure the property's upkeep. PROPANE GAS ONLY GRILL RULES: For the use of the barbecue there is a fixed fee of 75.00 for the entire length of the stay, for post checkout cleaning and propane replacement. CRIB: If you need a crib in the unit, please always request it 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home. CHECKOUT WASTE DISPOSAL:At the check-out, you should bag and dispose all garbage and leave on the trash bin outside for pickup. If an excess of garbage was left inside or outside the unit, a fee will be charged 200.00 fine It is not allowed to throw parties at the house, the condominium does not allow it, if you insist you will pay a fine of 600.00
