Sunny, spacious, and ideally located in the outskirts of Bangor, this two-story home makes a wonderful base for exploration. Spend your days swimming in nearby lakes, hiking in Arcadia National Park, and taking scenic drives along the Midcoast. In the evenings, return home to unwind on the deck and listen to the soothing sounds of the passing stream. This home sits nine miles southeast of Bangor, in an enviable location for day trips. Several beautiful lakes are close by, including Green Lake (home to Jenkins Beach, nine miles) and Pushaw Lake (21 miles). The lovely town of Belfast (34 miles), Acadia (35 miles), Bar Harbor (40 miles), and Deer Isle (44 miles) are within an easy drive as well. Stepping inside, you'll be greeted by a large and open living space with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with leather sofas. You can slide open the glass doors to grill and dine on the large deck, while enjoying the small, tranquil stream running through the backyard. Or, remain indoors to play board games, flip on the gas fireplace, and stream your favorite movies on one of several smart TVs. Bonus features of the house include a private laundry room and complimentary WiFi. Things to Know Streaming services are available with guests' own account credentials. Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
