The Space: • 2,912 sqft • sanitized, contact-free self-check-in • free parking --- (NO TRUCKS OR BIG CONTAINER TRUCK) • full kitchen, washer/dryer, tv • fast & stable Wi-Fi • desk for remote working Managed by | Marbella Lane | Full-service vacation rental property management | Top performer by AirDNA 4 bedrooms • 2.5 baths • 1 kitchen Additional notes: Gardening work on Wednesdays around 10am, twice a month. Pool is not heated and pool lights are currently out of service. The pool can be only used during daytime. Maintenance every Monday morning. The Jacuzzi is non-heatable Trash day is every Friday Other Things to Note: We have a NO-PETS policy, we'll appreciate your kind understanding. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, 50USD Dollar per person, per night.
