West-facing balconies on the second and third floor offer striking sunset vistas and a fully screened balcony accessible through the kitchen and dining area makes a perfect perch for morning coffee. The expansive, island kitchen is a home chef's delight with a suite of deluxe, stainless steel appliances, cookware, and utensils equipped for group meal planning. Eat-in options include a three-seater breakfast bar and hightop bistro, plus additional seating for two at the kitchen island. Full meals can be enjoyed at the formal dining table set for six. A handy wet bar features a mini-fridge, wine cooler, and sink for happy hour hosting. After days of sun and fun, unwind in the living room with shows and movies on the smart TV. All three bedrooms can be found on the third floor. Two guest rooms share access to a full bathroom.
