After a day spent hiking, fishing and sightseeing, head for one of the local wineries for a tasting. Back at your home away from home, you'll find a cozy living room adorned with soft seating. The adjacent galley kitchen boasts plenty of storage and ample meal prep space. When you're ready to eat, dine at the quaint dining table. The bedrooms are charming with their gorgeous wooden ceiling beams, ample closet space, and inviting color palettes. Getting ready in the mornings will come effortlessly in the sizable bathroom. An additional interior perk is the vintage Pac-Man gaming system. Spend your evenings outside on the large wrap-around deck, equipped with a grill, which offers picturesque views of the surrounding scenery from every angle. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s). WiFi and cell phone service can be unreliable due to remote location. Wood stove is not for guest use. This vacation rental is equipped with air-conditioning. Home does not have a washer for guest use. April and May are ladybug season in upstate NY. They are harmless, but they can be a nuisance. Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
