Spend sunny afternoons on the large wrap-around porch, sipping on sweet tea and visiting with the people who mean the most to you. When you need a break from the sun, relax in the roomy living space that hosts rich leather sofas and fun pops of color. Cooks will enjoy preparing family meals in the well-established kitchen with bar seating. When mealtime rolls around, enjoy gathering for meals in the dining space that overlooks hill country views. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
