Best Lake views on Melton Hill lake yet 5 minutes to Hardin Valley and Oak Ridge. Just remodeled with new floors, granite countertops, and the most stunning views. The house is 3400 square feet. 1700 upstairs and 1700 downstairs! Super quiet with deck and lower patio overlooking Melton Hill Lake. Turkey Creek shopping is 10 minutes away. In 1999 we sold everything and bought an RV and toured the country looking for quality of life and a place to raise a family. 20,000 miles and 6 months later we chose Knoxville. Lakes, Mountains, Hiking and Outdoor Living. Visit and find out what attracted us this beautiful area!
The main road runs along Melton Hill Lake. The neighborhood is very private and quiet, however its within 10 minutes of grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment. Pontoon boats available at Melton Hill Marina, which is just around the corner.
