(Linens provided) There is a full bathroom with a combo tub/shower and toilet. The dual sink vanity allows for ample space to get ready for the day. (Towels and Hair Dryer provided) Our welcome book will assist you with information about the unit, resort, popular tourists spots, and locals favorites. A starter kit of supplies will be provided for you so you do not have to worry about bringing anything. This condo also provides travel size toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) Any additional supplies needed would need to be purchased for longer stays. For security purposes, there is one outdoor ring doorbell camera that records audio/video only when there's motion, and it cannot be blocked or tampered with. We have lived in the Branson area for almost 13 years and maintain our property personally so we are local and can give great recommendations as well as be available if you need anything. We love the area. It has so much to offer from lakes, scenery, hiking, attraction, and shows. After being in the nightly rental business for close to 7 year with cleaning and managing, we decided it was time to purchase our own unit. This property is managed and maintained by the owner. This unit is the perfect location close to so many attractions, dining, and the lake.

Fall Creek Resort is centrally located to many of Branson's attractions. Fall Creek Marina located 0.5 miles from this unit where there is public dock fishing, boat rentals, and rod & reel rentals. They also offer guides, have bait, tackle, snacks, and fuel available to purchase. Just 8 miles to Silver Dollar City and less than 5 miles to Moonshine Beach and Table Rock State Park where you can enjoy boat rentals, swimming, jet skis, kayak, hiking trails, picnics, and all things lake related.
