Property information

This is a centrally-located Miami home. This 4 bedroom/3 bath home that has 8 beds. Enjoy our entertainment room with arcade games, pool table and some family favorite board games. Guests may also enjoy the large backyard which includes a grill, table and chair seating area, outdoor sofa set under the electrically powered pergola, and fire pit. All rooms and living room are equipped with a Smart TV. Guest access Smart key pad Uber eats, and other delivery services deliver right to the door.

Centrally located home in the North Miami Beach area. Miami International Airport and Fort Lauderdale Airport are a 20 minute drive away from property. Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale Beach are 20-25 minutes away. Major highways are 5 minutes away (I-95, Palmetto Expressway, Florida Turnpike). Aventura Mall is a short drive away. Publix, Home Depot, Lowes, Starbucks, Chick-Fil-A are all in the neighborhood!
