Our courtyard includes a grill, hammock, picnic table, & fire pit, all while being across from the active Holiday Park! Coming for a family vacation, couples escape, or just as a temporary work/relocation stay? This unit is equipped with everything you'll need! This unit comes with its own kitchen, living room space, enclosed private backyard, full bathroom, and bedroom with a King sized bed. The communal living space has a picnic table, hammock, fire pit, and grill for your use! Guests will have access to the entire unit along with a private enclosed backyard area, as well as the shared communal courtyard space that comes with a firepit, grill, hammock, and picnic table My partner and I respond relatively quickly on the app! Victoria Park is a quiet residential neighborhood that has a unique blend of luxury modern mansions and historic properties surrounded by beautiful foliage and lighting and centrally located to everything Fort Lauderdale has to offer! At the intersection of NE 15th Ave and Sunrise Blvd there's a Walgreens Pharmacy and Publix Grocery Store right across the street! Just a few blocks away from our home. There's a park called Holiday Park literally right across the street and Las Olas and the beach is just about 5 min away! This is a multiplex property so please be mindful of your unit number.
