KITCHEN & DINING An eat-in kitchen features open shelving and white appliances, with a breakfast nook for four on one side and a farm table for six on the other. BEDROOMS & BATHS This two-story home sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms. Upstairs each bedroom has a queen bed. The full bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is another full bathroom on the ground floor. OUTDOOR AREAS The outside pavilion is a perfect spot to enjoy dinner overlooking the water. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
