Company information

I'm in my 60's and I live here with 3 little dogs. Unfortunately, I can't allow other pets here. It just doesn't work. I'm constantly working on my house. Either I am fixing something, cleaning somewhere or I'm updating the rooms. In the summer, you can find me in the garden. Planting, watering or bagging up leaves!

Property information

This 1927 mansion has been completely renovated and yet retains all its' charm and features. At around 5000 sq ft, there is plenty of room to wander around. Sitting on 2 acres, you can wander the property and the gardens. We are located across the street from Mill Creek Park, where you can walk over and hike or bike the trails or admire the waterfalls. There is also a small gym in the house that features a Pelaton mirror, a LifeFitness recumbent bike, a BoxFlex treadclimber, an abench, free weights and a television and stereo.

Neighbourhood information

This is a quiet and safe neighborhood where there isn't a whole lot going on. But we are not far from downtown where you can find restaurants and a nightlife.
