Nestled perfectly near downtown Brunswick, guests will enjoy having quick access to a plethora of restaurants, shops, parks, and Bowdoin College. Outdoor recreation is also abundant in this area. With kayaks available for use back at the farmhouse, guests can spend peaceful days on the water in Miller Cove. Classic, refined, and charming, each corner and corridor of this retreat has been carefully curated to feel like home. Sitting and visiting with loved ones in the plush seating room will come naturally and cozy movie marathons can be enjoyed in the adjacent living room. The kitchen comes well-equipped for any culinary pursuits and meals can be indulged in family style at the wooden dining table. Each of the four bedrooms boasts ample natural lighting, high-quality linens, and classic decor pieces. Additionally inside guests will have access to partial air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and board games. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
