We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite • Is my booking date available? Use Google Maps with "Greycourt Ave, San Diego, CA 92114" for accurate distances • What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day • Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking • How’s the home cleaned? Professionally cleaned with natural products Our neighborhood is peaceful, so please keep noise levels Low. No parties or events. Visitors (non-overnight guests) are also counted in the reservation as half guests. Thank you Key-related issues: • If you think you may forget/lose the key or lock yourself out of the home, we strongly advise you to place the key back into the lockbox when you go outside. Guest access Our home is a back unit with its own private entrance and gated backyard. Guests can park on the left most side of the driveway. The home is completely detached and you don't share anything with anyone else.

THE KITCHEN & DINING AREA Fully equipped for all your culinary needs, our kitchen features a gas stove/oven, blender, toaster, cooking pans, baking trays, and essential supplies like coffee, oil, sugar, salt. All modern appliances including a coffee machine, microwave, and fridge. Perfect for guests who love to cook and dine in comfort. Dining tables and chairs inside the home give you places to sit and enjoy your culinary creations. THE LIVING AREA The room are air-conditioned, and feature flat screen smart TVs you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch.
