The home is close to indoor/outdoor water parks (Great Wolf Lodge, Kalahari, Camelback), skiing, snow tubing, recreational parks, hiking, fishing, biking, shopping, fine dining, NASCAR, casinos, and more. **Bedroom Configuration:** - Bedroom 1: Queen Bed + Queen Bed - Bedroom 2: Queen Bed - Bedroom 3: Queen Bed - Bedroom 4: Queen Bed - Living Room: Large Sofa (sleeps 2) All beds have new mattresses with fresh linens. Air conditioning is installed in every bedroom seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. **Community Amenities:** Guest passes are required for paddle boat rentals and pool access. Guest passes can be obtained at the pool for a fee per person, per day. The community has a new policy requiring guests to get a purple pass at the gate to use the swimming pools. Be sure to pick one up at the gate by presenting your license and registration. The purple pass must be shown at the pools to purchase passes. The seasonal outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, with pool hours from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
