Modern 3-bed/2-bath home with all amenities. Near historic downtown Salisbury, Rowan Medical Center, NC Music Hall of Fame, Transportation Museum, Rowan County fairgrounds, Webb Road Flea Market, shopping, I-85 and 30 mins to major Concord Mills / Charlotte Motor Speedway and the Triad (Lexington, Winston-Salem, High Point). Spacious inside and out, sleeps up to 10 people, family sized raised deck for outdoor enjoyment and a large yard on a corner lot with mature back yard trees.
