Wendy and Neal visited Coeur d'Alene for the first time in August 2020, and fell in love with it. Within two days, an offer was made on our beautiful condo and we have been returning ever since. We spend most of our time in Northern California near our adult city-dweller children and other family, or traveling to all points around the globe.

Aside from the Village at Riverstone, which is steps away, and has great restaurants, shops, and services, there is so much to do - all within a 5-minute walk or drive. The Centennial Trail, which runs for over 20 miles, can be found within 2 blocks. The Spokane River runs by also 2 blocks away, with a bike/walking trail along it which you can follow to the Lake. Downtown Coeur d'Alene and the Lake are a short 5-minute drive. Ski resorts are as close as a 35-minute drive. Many other all-season activities can be found within a short distance.
