The cabin is adjacent to Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument which features great trails, Fossilized redwood stumps, and an abundance of other plant and insect fossils. This park is also one of only 120 International Dark Sky Parks in the world, giving you some great views into the galaxy. Just a short drive away you'll find world-class hiking, fishing, ATV/UTV trails, numerous outdoor wonders/activities, and some unique experiences.
