The unit is thoughtfully designed for families, but also provides a private and intimate setting for couples or small groups. Please note that some amenities such as pools and hot tubs require purchasing a resort pass, which can be obtained through the front desk. No pets allowed. No smoking of any kind is allowed. Limit of 6 adults. Due to resort policy and homeowner's allergies, pets, service animals, and service companions are not allowed. Extra cleaning fees will apply. Upon reservation confirmation, a message will be sent requiring ID verification as well as a signed rental agreement within 24 hours. These items are required to complete the reservation and to receive check-in details and door code. The guest booking the reservation must be 25 years of age and remain with the party on the premises at all times. Processing fees and other charges incurred due to a cancellation may not be refunded.
