Large Lake Hickory is about 20 miles away offers game fishing, boating, dining cruises. Cities of Asheville and Charlotte are about 70 miles away ( 1.5 hr drive). The property is located in a rural area North West North Carolina. Forrest covered mountains. This used to be a farm. but it was abandoned for about 25 years and now being restored. On the property besides the Mountain retreat there are Large luxury tents, located in a very private settings. If you have an adventurous group, there is a Pioneer Wagon camp.
