Unwind into vacation mode in the comfortable living room, complete with a sofa, two armchairs, a wood-burning stove, and a 47” smart TV with a DVD player. The convenient open office includes a desk. Prepare fresh local ingredients in the sleek kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table for three. This three-story home sleeps up to six guests between two bedrooms. Sleep soundly in the sunlit primary suite, featuring a king bed and delightful views of the sound. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed, two twin beds, a 35” smart TV with a DVD player, and direct deck access. The guest bathroom is outfitted with a tub/shower combination. A half bath is located just off the kitchen. Enjoy gorgeous views of Muscongus Sound from two decks. Dine alfresco at the table for three. A rocky trail in the backyard leads down to the water’s edge. (Please note that swimming is discouraged.) Additional guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for four cars in the driveway. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
