My Blue Sky is located in the coveted "Old Blue Mountain Beach" neighborhood, features a south of 30A Gulf View, is steps from the beach and is filled with beautiful coastal decor. This idyllic "Old Florida" cottage style beach house is south of Scenic 30A on a very quiet street in an Gulfside neighborhood with private beach access in beautiful Blue Mountain Beach. Scenic beach access is a very short, one minute easy stroll down the street to the pristine sand and water! Only 4 houses to the beach! The covered drive under 4 car carport keeps your cars in the shade on hot summer days. The house features a convenient entryway indoor shower to wash away the sand. The house is ideal for family and friends to gather in the second floor living area, kitchen and porch. The kitchen is updated with granite countertops and features a built in ice maker. It is fully stocked with small appliances, cookware and utensils for cooking and serving gourmet meals. All four bedrooms are located on the third floor and feature all new, designer linens.
