Located on the ground floor, this condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a King bed in the bedroom and Queen sleeper sofa bed in the living space. The open-concept living room welcomes you with Hawaiian-inspired furniture and decorations, a large flat-screen TV, and a split A/C unit. Retreat and relax in the bedroom with a King size bed and a split A/C unit. The ensuite bathroom features a large vanity space and a walk-in shower. Pack light, a washer/dryer is equipped in this unit for added convenience. This condo boasts a ground-floor lanai with an outdoor dining table for 4 and a lounge chair. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the unobstructed ocean view. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The upgraded kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. A stove-top is included in the kitchen. Please note: this unit does not have an oven.
