4bed/3bath Fully Remodeled Nautical Waterfront Home with 25' of Channel waterfront pouring into the famous Mineola Bay in Fox Lake. Located in the heart of Fox Lake and right on the Chain O Lakes. You will be in walking distance of all amenities. Home comes with a bonus apartment above the garage with bar, extra bedroom and bathroom. Large deck with grill, hot tub & fire pit for the full lake house effect. Each room is Nautical themed for a perfect little get-a-way. The space This 2,100 sq ft Nautical home is nested on a .5 acre of waterfront property. Its a short walk down the hill to enjoy 25' of pier waterfront. This house is minutes from all enjoyment on the famous Chain O' Lakes. The main house is a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom house. The deck connects the house to the Bonus Apartment, which has a 1/1, or the 4th Bedroom and 3rd bathroom. Newly added Foosball table in lower level. Do I hear friend or family Foosball tournament??

This home has hard to get access to the Chain O' Lakes, and sits in the heart of Fox Lake within walking distance of the downtown area and other amenities for the family. Forgot something? A convenient store is right across the street. Hungry? there are 2-3 restaurants in walking distance? Want a drink? There is a bar across the street. Need some groceries? There is a dollar store and local grocery store within walking distance to the home. Everything is so convenient for you. Want some beach time, yes, we have a small private beach with a pass from the property.
