Thank you for your cooperation—we look forward to hosting you! The suite is air conditioned, and there's a large screened-in patio. There's even free onsite parking and complimentary access to the building amenities! Building amenities include a community pool, spa, sauna, games room, fitness center, movie theatre, and meeting rooms. Pet Friendly: • One pet up to 75lbs is very welcome at our home. The pet fee is 99.00 USD We're happy to deliver: - a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for 40.00 USD (one-time fee). - a Highchair for 40.00 USD (one-time fee).
