This home's dramatic, 180-degree ocean view from the hills above Pacific City will provide a perspective of town that you've never seen before. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the beautiful panorama from both the main floor Primary Bedroom and living area. Nestucca Nest lets you enjoy complete tranquility while being less than a mile from town and the beach. Built-in 2016, the house offers an open concept floor plan that is perfect for relaxing with family and friends. The main floor includes an efficient kitchen with high-end appliances, including a propane range, a spacious living room with a propane fireplace stove, a dining table and bar where every guest can enjoy time together, and a deck ideal for morning coffee or a glass of wine as the sun dips below the horizon. Nestucca Nest comfortably sleeps up to six guests. The Primary Bedroom on the top floor has a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom complete with an ocean view soaking tub and walk-in shower, a wall of windows with stunning ocean and river views, and a TV. The bedrooms on the lower level include a bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom equipped with a king bed, as well as a recreation room complete with a TV and DVD/VCR player and a bookcase full of books, toys, puzzles, and games. A full bathroom with a tub/shower is also located on the lower level, along with the laundry room. The two decks at Nestucca Nest are the highlight of everyone's stay.
