If hiking is on your agenda, nearby Ridge Trail and Mono Rock Trail are both easy to access. Bedding/Bath Configuration is as follows: Main Level: Bedroom #1- One Bunk Bed with Full on bottom and Twin on top (sleeps 3) Common Area- One Trundle Bed with Two Twins (sleeps 2) Bathroom is located in a common area on the main level (*The shower is compact and may feel a bit snug for tall individuals) Upstairs: Bedroom #2 with One King Bed (sleeps 2) Rental Agreement- Immediately after booking, the rental agreement displayed at checkout will be sent to you via text and email for E-signing. Kindly E-sign this within 48 hours to finalize your reservation. You will also need to upload a photo of the ID associated with the credit card on file. This is solely for fraud protection purposes. E-signing allows you to go straight to the property upon your arrival, instead of coming to our office to sign and get a key!
