Located at New Claim Condominiums in the Prospector neighborhood, this 2BR/2BA ground-level condo delivers enviable proximity to outdoor attractions and the complimentary shuttle system. Spend your vacation on the slopes of Park City Mountain, hiking the Silver Spur trail, or golfing at the Park City Golf Course. After a day on the slopes, stroll to numerous après-ski options, unwind in the on-site indoor hot tub, or curl up by the fireplace in your cozy living room. LIVING AREA The living room offers a comfy sleeper sofa and large windows that flood the space with natural light. Watch movies on the 42” flat-screen TV and enjoy the warm ambience of the gas fireplace. KITCHEN & DINING Channel your inner chef in the updated kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances. Savor home-cooked meals at the dining table with seating for four. Find four additional seats at the breakfast bar. BEDROOMS & BATHS This ground-level condo sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Comfort awaits in the master suite, furnished with a queen-size bed and wall-mounted TV. The en-suite bathroom holds a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is also configured with a queen-size bed and wall-mounted TV. The second bathroom is equipped with a jetted tub/shower combination. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer. Parking is available for two vehicles in either the on-site parking lot or nearby underground parking garage. Daytime street parking may also be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Extra perks include access to a ski locker where guests can conveniently store their boots and poles. This condo does not have air-conditioning. THE LOCATION This welcoming retreat is a 5-minute drive from all of Park City’s major outdoor attractions, including hiking at Silver Spur, skiing at Park City Mountain, and golfing at the Park City Golf Course.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
