Check-in requirments (All requirements will need to be provided remotely 24 hour prior to your arrival): *Government ID & a selfie with the ID for check-in is required. *A picture of your credit card front & back *The check-in host will reach out to you 7 days prior to your reservation for further check-in requirements and to set you up all for your check-in. A copy of our rental agreement and credit card authorization form will need to be signed at least 24 hours prior to your check-in. If the rental agreement copy isn’t signed by the time of check-in, we can’t check you in. *3rd party reservations aren’t allowed. Additional charges for unapproved late check-out shall be incurred by Renter at up to 250.00 dollars per hour past check-out time. Pets are allowed with written authorization prior to arrival. Unauthorized pets will result in a 1500.00 USD fee (per month, per pet), plus any additional costs for extra cleaning or damages attributable to such pet(s) and per night fees. The authorized pet fee per pet/per night is 45 USD. Stays over 2 nights the fee is discounted to 35 USD per pet/ per night. For stays over 14 nights the pet fee is discounted to 25 USD per pet/ per night. For stays over 30 nights the pet fee is discounted to 15 USD per pet/ per night.
