This well-appointed historic Wilmington property is the perfect home base! This vacation rental features 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a dining room, a game room, a covered porch, central AC, and more. During your stay you'll be minutes away from the World Equestrian Center. Go boating, fishing, and swimming at Cowan Lake State Park, or book a tee time at Majestic Springs Golf Club. After a busy day, head back and relax with a game of billiards or invite your friends for a family-style meal.
Owner lives out of state, but is available by phone should anything come up that needs immediate attention.
