Master bedroom: King bed 2nd bedroom: full w/ a trundle 3rd: full w/ a trundle The living room houses a TV & queen-sized sleeper. Every bedroom has a TV. Driveway can fit 2 cars, street parking also available. Living room: - Queen sized sleeper sofa - Electric Fireplace Kitchen: -Fully stocked kitchen – including Blender, Rice Maker and wine glasses -Pac-Man Arcade Game! Durham is coming back to life. When we moved here 15 years ago a major restoration was underway. Old tobacco warehouses were being remodeled into incredible restaurants, shopping centers and loft apartments. This neighborhood has that same charm. It's a beautiful blend of older homes with character and newly renovated. That's what we love.
