Lakeview Lodge is an updated Bass Lake home that boasts several great features and can accommodate 13 guests! This three level home includes 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and over 2,300 sq. ft to give everyone in the family plenty of space! Each bedroom has its own separate mini split unit. Level 3 Bedroom #4- One King Bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom #5- One Queen Bed (sleeps 2) Bathroom #3 is located in a common area Each bedroom has its own separate mini split unit, which offers heating and AC. For extra privacy, level 1 can be locked off separately from the upstairs (level 2 and 3), making it perfect for families who want some extra privacy during their stay. Please note that to enter the home, you must be able to climb stairs. There is no ground level entry (but its worth the climb up for the view!). Please note that Bass Lake water levels vary depending on the season. During the late fall/winter months, water levels are typically lower and may not reach the boat dock, therefore it may be unusable in these months. It is approximately a 5 minute walk to the boat slip. Rental Agreement- Immediately after booking, the rental agreement displayed at checkout will be sent to you via text and email for E-signing.
