Located in the heart of Downtown Murfreesboro, you're just a short walk from the vibrant City Square & MTSU University. Free driveway parking is available on the premises for your convenience. Living room: The living room invites you to relax on an elegant leather couch or in plush armchairs, all illuminated by natural light from the beautiful plantation shutters. Enjoy a movie on the 55-inch SmartTV or choose from a selection of board games and card games for a fun evening in. Kitchen: This space flows seamlessly into the recently renovated kitchen, which features a convenient coffee bar and a unique workstation sink that makes meal prep a breeze. Bedrooms: Rest peacefully in one of two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The main bedroom offers a tranquil retreat with a solid wood King bed, a walk-in closet, and a private workspace. The guest bedroom features a stylish Queen bed crafted from rich acacia wood, complete with its own closet and dresser. Dedicated workspace: For those working remotely, the dedicated workspace in the main bedroom includes a desk, chair, lamp, a 32-inch monitor, and keyboard & mouse. The interest is high speed.
