Welcome to your cozy retreat in Henrico, Virginia—just one mile from the Amtrak station and right on the bus line, making it easy to explore Richmond’s vibrant offerings. This charming 3-bedroom rancher was once our first home, and now it’s thoughtfully outfitted to welcome guests with warmth, comfort, and convenience.
Inside, enjoy two inviting living rooms: one perfect for movie nights with a plush sofa, electric fireplace, and Roku TV, and another ideal for quiet lounging or catching up on your favorite shows. The fully stocked kitchen features Keurig and drip coffee makers, a crockpot, blender, toaster, and bar seating for two. The adjacent dining area seats six and invites guests to gather and linger.
Each bedroom includes Roku TVs, fans, and ample storage. The queen suite has an ensuite bath with hallway access, while the other two bedrooms offer cozy full beds. Two bathrooms provide flexibility—one with a walk-in shower and semi-private water closet, the other with a classic tub/shower combo. Remote workers will appreciate the quiet, dedicated workspace located in one of the bedrooms, and the laundry/mudroom offers washer/dryer access and leads directly outside.
Enjoy morning coffee on the covered front porch or fire up the BBQ on the private back deck. You're blocks from the Roseshire Gaming Parlor, 2.8 miles to the Botanical Gardens, and within 7 miles of VCU, University of Richmond, and Virginia Union. Short Pump Mall and dozens of restaurants are just 9 miles away, with Richmond Raceway nearby for race fans.
Guests have full access to the home, except two locked hospitality closets containing supplies—tampering may result in a fee. Please note: unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited and subject to an extra fee. No parties or events allowed. Our pricing is firm, and our calendar is always up to date. We do not allow pets, and early check-in or late check-out cannot be accommodated.
