Incredible location. Nights of lights train pick up around the corner. 3-5 minutes walking distance to so many wonderful attractions, historic Flagler College, excellent restaurants, art galleries, ghost tours, horse carriage rides, trolley tours, winery, museums, tennis courts, fun children's playground. Within an easy drive are many, many golf courses including the famous TPC at Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra. Please, take advantige on this beatiful 3 badroom, 1.5 bathroom fully updated house.
Quiet neighborhood, pet friendly coffee places around the corner. Wednesdays art market, brewery, pubs just a few minute walk. Nights of lights shuttles running from end of November through the last days of the festive for free.
