3 bedroom 1 bathroom home 2 queens one king size beds. One queen air mattress available. Accommodates up to 8 people. Heated 2 car garage with washer and dryer. Great size deck leading to backyard. With BBQ, outdoor furniture. All shopping within walking distance. TV APPS included for guest use: MAX, NETFLIX, DISNEY+, HULU There are also free local channels you have access to. Note: The trampoline and playhouse in the backyard is not for customer use at this time.
I’ve came from a family of 9 other siblings. Arriving into Fairbanks, Alaska 1970. It was the beginning of the Pileline. Worked for and retired after 23 years with the Fairbanks North Star school district. Note: Host Manager is on Site, separate, Closed off apartment downstairs.
Very nice and safe neighborhood. Close to parks and playgrounds. Walmart, FredMyer, Safeway, Walgreens and many different restaurants are very close by.
