Cottonwood Heights City strictly enforces a prohibition on hot tub use between 10pm and 8am. Complex quiet hours are 10pm to 8am everyday.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
