A cozy and modern 750 sq ft. 1BR Oasis with Queen-sized bed features a fully stocked apartment located in the heart of Baltimore. It comfortably sleeps 1-3 people and is centrally located in Baltimore, just 5 mins to major hot spots. Enjoy a kitchen, dining area, access to free washer and dryer, free street parking, free 5G WiFi, and easy access to all attractions. It's 5 - 15 mins away from major hospitals like John Hopkins Hospital & UMMC (15 mins), MedStar Union (5 mins), MedStar Good Samaritan (8 mins) and GBMC (12 mins). Near major Colleges and Universities as well: JHU (8 mins), Loyola U (8 mins), Notre Dame (10 mins), Morgan State U (5 mins), University of Baltimore (10 mins) and Towson U (15 mins). Please note: Guests are required to sign the Guest License Agreement within 24hrs of making a reservation. The Guest License Agreement contains ID verification, which is requirement of our security protocol. Baltimore’s communities have plenty to offer, from the waterfront communities of Fells Point to the historic neighborhood of Cross Keys to the rural Overlea area, there is a neighborhood for virtually every lifestyle. It isn't nicknamed Charm City for nothing. Additionally, the close proximity of neighborhoods and great transportation options allows residents to explore them all. For instance, in the morning you can kayak the Inner Harbor and then easily spend the afternoon exploring the diverse shops and boutiques of the hip Hampden neighborhood. Later that evening, you can see a show and grab dinner in one of Baltimore’s Arts & Entertainment districts—Bromo, Highlandtown, Station North and Penn Ave.
