With easy access to the newest 9B, I-95 and I-295, our guests experience easy commutes with close proximity to local businesses including Baptist Medical Center South, CSX, St. Vincent’s Hospital and Mayo Clinic. We are also near several colleges and universities including the University of North Florida, Florida Coastal School of Law, Jacksonville University and Florida State College at Jacksonville. Centrally located between beautiful Saint Augustine beaches and historic town and beautiful shopping like Saint John's Town Center. Driving distance to Jacksonville in about 15 minutes, Saint Augustine is 15 minutes, and everything within is definitely less than that which includes multiple up and coming retail areas, local shops and dining options.
