The unobstructed views of sand and sea can be taken in from the decks, living areas, and bedrooms, and feeling the sand in your toes requires just going down a few steps from the deck. The home has been recently renovated & offers plenty of privacy for families or friends, with bedrooms on separate levels. Located in the Island's popular East End neighborhood, Ocean Mile F-1 is close to local shops, restaurants, nightlife, the multi-use path connecting the entire Island, St. George State Park, and the Lighthouse Museum. Guests can enjoy two large community swimming pools with sun decks, lounge chairs, and umbrellas. Multiple boardwalks provide easy access to the beach. The East End neighborhood is a favorite Island vacation destination with close proximity to the State Park, easy access to the bicycle path, and low-density development that gives it a peaceful vibe. Open the digital lock and go up the stairs to the comfortable open plan living/dining/kitchen area, a half bath, and the beachfront deck. The comfortable retro decor features hardwood and tile floors throughout. Stretch out to watch TV or listen to the stereo from the comfortable couches, one of which folds out into a queen sleeper. Whip up some margaritas and nachos in the well-equipped kitchen and never lose sight of that sparkling sea. Up a short set of steps, there is a full bath and a spacious bedroom with vaulted ceilings, a bed, and a small private deck.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
