Boat dock (35ft), HD Smart TVs, washer & dryer, S/S appliances! Complimentary kayaks & bikes plus access to all the Venture Out Residential Condominium Community amenities: heated pool, Jacuzzi, kiddie pool, tennis, basketball & bocce courts, ocean bay swimming area, marina w/fuel, boat ramps & wash station, and a convenience market on-site!

Venture Out Residential Condominium Community offers: heated 80-foot pool with large Jacuzzi and Kiddie Pool, tennis courts, basketball court, bocce courts, swimming lagoon, marina and convenience market with fuel on site and two double wide boat ramps, Recreation Center with billiards, darts, and ping pong, post office and a library. Venture Out Resort is a gated community with a 24-hour manned security gate, and roving patrols. Local restaurant and bar favorites are just minutes from Venture Out. Also, Cudjoe Key is just 35 mins from the super fun downtown Key West and Marathon Key. Both with great attractions, bars and restaurants.
