Situated in the centrally located "Penthouse" building on the 4th floor in a west-facing ocean view corner location with breathtakingly beautiful panoramic ocean and sunset views, this 2.5 bedroom (king bed in each bedroom plus 2 twin beds the enclose-able den that can be converted into a king bed) was just beautifully redecorated with stylish furniture from Serena and Lily in calming hues of of blues and whites. There are two bathrooms, a private veranda with a built-in Viking gas grill, a dedicated elevator, and a lovely view to the family pool and hot tub spa below. The living room has an extra side window which allows much more light to flow in for a cheerful, sun-splashed ambiance. The serene interior is decorated with quality furnishings and bed covers in light soft palettes. This is one of the best ocean views at Wailea Beach Villas! The amenities provided within The Grand Seascape K407 equal those of even the most rich hotel suites. This privately owned, uniquely decorated and professionally managed upper level corner villa is simply exceptional, within Wailea Beach Villas or anywhere else in Hawaii. Our favorite features include the Tommy Bahama sleigh bed, European import cabinets, nine foot lofty ceilings, honed marble floors, spacious floor plan, granite and hard wood finishes, luxurious Hotel Collection bath and bed linens, deep ultra-plush Serta perfect sleeper pillow-top beds, exceptional electronics with premium television channels, and the fully equipped dedicated work space. The quality of furnishings, electronics, beds, bed and bath linens, kitchen goods, household supplies, and personal service, are truly unsurpassed in comparison to other generic rental pool units.
